[Lawrence would be absolutely delighted (or whatever the gruff, cowboy version of delighted is) to be perceived as dangerous; as intimidating. He is the former, but rarely the latter. That's probably by design, which is something Lawrence has never considered: that he was created to be the kind of adversary guests would not expect, and that his replacement is actually a downgrade for the unintelligent masses who can't appreciate subtly. Lawrence's current irritation isn't even aimed at Steve: it's aimed at the Admiral (plus: a side order of 'all humans'. Steve is not human). He has no intentions of taking anything out on the other man. At least: not in any kind of way Steve might not enjoy.]
